I’m Christine, therapist and mindfulness facilitator.
It’s common to feel overwhelmed these days. As a deep listener and compassionate guide, I help you see what you’re struggling with and teach you the necessary skills to live with greater ease.
I Care Because I Get It
Being perceptive and curious about why people do what they do, naturally led me to a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and Childhood and Family Relations (2005) and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (2007).
Then came marriage, four military postings in five years, two children in between, and hundreds of clients in pain who needed me. I can do it all, right?
Like many healthcare professionals (and women), I was giving to everyone but myself. Life felt like an endless to do list. Burnout on top of a significant loss led me to slow down, get back to my intuition, and simplify my life.
Now my focus is more presence, joy, and creativity and less hustle. I do the work I invite my clients to do. Exercise, yoga, meditation, forest walks, beach days, family and lifelong friends help to nourish and balance me.
