This series will show you how to turn toward self-compassion through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.

Learn practical tools for facing your difficult emotions and limiting beliefs.

See how nurturing yourself can help to stop the battle inside your head so you can have the freedom to meet your needs.

When: Sunday Oct 23, 30 & Nov 6 and 13, 2022 at 7-8:30 pm.

Where: At the beautiful Magnolia Wellness studio downtown Brighton, Ontario - 81 Main St.

All levels of yoga and meditation welcome.
